Meet James F. Hearn, Sr. Attorney at Law
James F. Hearn, Sr. has been practicing law since 1987. He is a graduate of The Defiance College (1976) and the University of Toledo College of Law (1986).
Through his years of practice Mr. Hearn has concentrated on legal matters that involve family issues and conflicts, including Adoption, Divorce, Custody, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. Mr. Hearn is also experienced with Guardianship Law and various areas of Probate Law, including settling Estates.
Mr. Hearn has also represented small business owners involving debt collection, business organization (corporations, LLC’s), landlord/tenant matters, and contract disputes.
Mr. Hearn has served as Acting Judge for the Auglaize County Municipal Court, giving him the opportunity to experience the Courtroom from both the litigator’s perspective and the bench.
Mr. Hearn is a member of the Auglaize County Bar Association, the Allen County Bar Association, and the Ohio Bar Association.
